Job summary
As a Vice President with Employee Data Ops role within the broader Employee Experience (EX) team within HRGO, you will have the opportunity to manage operational process & team in the location with the strategic build of the location.. You will engage with stakeholders globally, fostering team development within Operations. Your focus will be on maintaining and enriching the Risk and Control Environment, and instilling Operational Discipline within teams.
Job responsibilities:
Manage daily BAU tasks & deliverables within agreed Service level agreements with accuracy.Engage with relevant global stakeholders across multiple locations, Product, Operations, Technology and Service team to effectively manage operational responsibilities.Review, Assess and Implement an optimum control environment within the processes and ensuring the control effectiveness is maintained at all timesCreate, in partnership with Technology and Product, a Book of Work to enhance and sharpen processes with a view to creating capacity within the teams including the use of AI/ML within processesEnsure appropriate proactive data quality for key data metrics that drive Operational OKRs and KPIsOwn end-to-end Data Operations processes, including , quality assurance and designing and implementing the Target Operating ModelCreate a Ops managers pipeline and develop key skills and attributes of employees as future managers of the function.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or greater in related business, technical, or quantitative field with 10 years of relevant operational experienceExtensive experience in Operations and leading diverse teams Strong knowledge and expertise in implementing Operating Models, Optimization programs Deep experience in managing complex data sets and delivering high quality data outputsExcellent communications skills and ability to visualize and articulate key messages using data.Demonstrated track record of managing teams to deliver projects and process improvement methodologies.Ability to deliver high quality results under tight deadlinesFlexibility to work in shifts across global time zones Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Familiarity with data governance frameworksFamiliarity with risk and compliance policies is a plus.Preferable experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Cloud, Service Now or other HR applications.
