Payroll Integrations Analyst responsible for designing, testing, and supporting payroll data integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years working with payroll processes and data flows
Experience creating functional integration specifications, including data mapping and legacy system reconciliation
Experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans (unit, system, and user-acceptance testing)
Experience performing data reconciliation and translating results into actionable recommendations
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments with defined documentation and change-control practices

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
Experience with payroll integrations involving time and attendance, benefits, tax, and third-party providers
Technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python)
Experience operating validation frameworks that reconcile payroll calculations against financial results
Job Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications, including data mapping and legacy system reconciliation
Build and maintain an integration catalogue for all payroll feeds (time and attendance, benefits, tax, third-party providers)
Build and execute test scripts for unit, system, and user-acceptance testing of payroll integrations
Operate the validation framework to reconcile payroll calculations against financial results and resolve variances
Serve as first-line point of contact for payroll integration defects and troubleshooting, coordinating triage and resolution with IT, vendors, and business owners
Follow change-control procedures for integration modifications and enhancements
Keep functional design documentation and run books current and accessible to stakeholders
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external payroll vendors to gather requirements and communicate integration status
Provide clear, business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate manual checks, reduce processing time, and improve data quality
Review and verify payroll and finance data for accuracy and completeness, including exploration of AI optimization for recurring validation activities
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
