The Employee Benefits Retention team at Equitable is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Evidence of Insurability & Enrollment Quality analyst responsible for overseeing the quality of enrollment and EOI back-office processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position will involve scoring individual analysts, monitoring quality metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives at an individual and team level. **Key Job Responsibilities**
* Complete quality review of all case components on monthly basis to determine production metrics and quality standards are being met,
* Real-time question support of EOI and Enrollment analysts
* Provide monthly and adhoc coaching sessions for teams and leaders based on training needs and process updates
* Create and administer weekly knowledge check quizzes for teams to reinforce learning and assess understanding of key concepts.
* Identify process trends of incoming work, propose streamlined solutions, and assist with documentation of processes.
* Support and grow relationships with your internal customers (Distribution, Tech Strategy, Retention, and Claims).
* Maintain acceptable production turnaround times, balancing workload and prioritization of requests.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $67,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
+ Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
+ Eagerness to learn new skills and tools, willingness to adapt to change
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Team player
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Mid-level to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce (preferred)
**Skills**
**Communicating Complex Concepts:** Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
**Results Orientation:** Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
