Your Role
As an Employability Tutor/Trainer you will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive employment skills to groups of participants via workshops and to individuals via 1-2-1 tutored sessions. The groups will require focussed employability skills training such as CV writing, transferable skills analysis, job search, digital skills and interview skill preparation to help them move on to achieve and sustain new employment.
What you'll be doing:
Facilitating face to face or digital employability sessions to groups of participants via workshops, and to individuals via 1-2-1 sessionsSelecting appropriate facilitation methods or activities, design and develop interventions which meet participant requirements to develop realistic job goals and career pathsManaging participants both face to face and virtually, encouraging participation and ongoing engagement with employability interventionsCollaborating with operational teams to offer high impact and engaging training solutions to meet a range of participants needs including mock interviews, ‘how to’ sessions and other work preparation activitiesMeeting personal performance targets, Key Performance Indicators and all Quality and Compliance measures by delivering high quality employability provision to participants, both remotely and face to faceProviding advice, guidance, and challenge where appropriate to develop customer’s capability in the recruitment process ensuring they have the necessary skills and confidence to secure realistic job goalsDeveloping relationships and networks with key stakeholders including employers, Job Centre teams and provisions and funding providers to ensure smooth operation of all processesWhat you'll need:

A recognised Teaching or Training qualification ideal but not essential (Celta, PTLLS, ESOL).
