What You'll Do
The continuous development of our consultants and Business Services Team is a top priority at BCG. As an EMESA Learning & Development Senior Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving regional projects that strengthen collaboration and enhance the learner experience.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of EMESA L&D initiatives. You will support the design, rollout, and tracking of projects that bring together colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. By coordinating efforts across systems, you will help ensure that our learning offerings are harmonized, impactful, and aligned with BCG’s talent development strategy.
To ensure quality and effectiveness, you will monitor project milestones, collect and analyze feedback, and share insights to continuously improve how we deliver learning. You will also contribute to shaping and refining learning experiences by identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
With your strong stakeholder management skills, you will lead discussions with internal trainers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with BCG’s business objectives and evolving needs.

3–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, ideally gained in an international corporate environment or consultancy.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Educational Science, Business, or another discipline that has equipped you with analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ideally across regions or at global scale.Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to create clear and compelling reports, presentations, and insights.Fluency in English - additional languages are a plus.A solid understanding of training design principles - while you may not be the primary designer of programs, you may act as a thought partner to elevate learning solutions.Curiosity and openness to learning and your own personal developmentWho You'll Work With
You will be part of a highly motivated, international Learning & Development (L&D) team. Our culture is built on helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust.
You’ll collaborate closely with L&D colleagues across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America, giving you exposure to a wide range of perspectives and practices. Through these interactions, you’ll gain broad insights into the L&D landscape and play an active role in driving change.
You will report into the EMESA L&D leadership team, and work closely with one of our Directors.
