What You'll Do

As a member of the EMESA People Analytics team, you’ll be framing business problems, providing accurate analyses and insight to guide decision-making, delivering high-quality reporting, and automating processes. You will be extracting and structuring data by tapping into the different HR systems, creating and automating data pipelines, producing powerful visualizations and streamlining processes in order to develop end-to-end analytical solutions across a broad range of HR topics. As a service-oriented and reliable People Senior Analyst, you will support our key stakeholders both regionally (e.g. EMESA People Leadership and functional leads) and locally (e.g. system HR Directors). Your responsibilities are expected to evolve over time as the Analytics function matures, and HR systems develop.

 

 

 

YOU’RE GOOD AT

You will produce timely and reliable cadenced reporting for Senior Leadership. You will support the team’s ongoing reporting responsibilities (e.g., monthly capacity) and ensure accuracy of data (e.g. recruiting databases in Eightfold/iCIMS, Workday) by maintaining existing data pipelines and dashboardsYou have a structured and detail-oriented working style. You will prepare data analyses to devise powerful findings and develop compelling data visualizations for stakeholders, either thorough slide writing or dynamic dashboardsYou will drive process improvement and automation in close partnership with functional leaders to enhance systems and unlock efficiencies, enabling stakeholders to eliminate manual workYou have a client-centric and problem-solving mindset. You will be developing new analytics solutions and products, as well as addressing frequent ad-hoc requests from our key stakeholdersYou’re flexible, adaptable, and enjoy learning new content. You will be working across a broad range of People topics, ramping-up on your knowledge quickly and finding creative ways to address problemsYou have a genuine interest in Analytics and curiosity about the on-going developments in this space. You are a self-learner and eager to explore evolving technologies (e.g. ML, GenAI, AI agents) and related toolsYou are independent and take accountability for your workstreams. You juggle multiple competing priorities and seek input where requiredYou will leverage your strong communication skills to enable effective engagement and discussions with key stakeholders, and to ensure the delivery of clear and impactful findings through your analyses

What You'll Bring

You have earned a university degree (statistics, physics, math, engineering, or data science preferred)4-5 years of experience in an analytical role. You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and bring the ability to conduct analyses and derive insights from dataFluency in all aspects of data management, including data collection, aggregation, manipulation, analysis, visualization, and documentationPast working experience in analytics tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI), cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake), and ideally experience with Microsoft Analytics and Automation tools (e.g., MS Fabric and MS Power platforms)Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially ExcelPrior exposure to People topics, HR related processes and systems (e.g. Workday, Eightfold/iCIMS) is a plusStrong communication skills. You can succinctly explain complicated data processes and analysis to both stakeholders and Senior LeadersA client focused mentality and demonstrated cross functional teamingIndependent working style and self-starter attitude

Who You'll Work With

Working as part of the EMESA People Analytics team, you will report into the EMESA People Analytics Director. You will be part of the broader EMESA Regional Office (ERO), supporting the EMESA CT People Team (EMESA CHRO, EMESA CT People SD, EMESA CT functional leads) and interacting closely with other EMESA functions (e.g. ERO BST, Finance)
