As an Intern Contract Manager specialized in Vendor Recovery, you will be engaged by BH on the following tasks:

Manage vendor recovery claims.Identify defects in collaboration with project, site, quality, and engineering teams.Perform root cause analysis and collect supporting evidence.Review purchase order terms to validate claims.Prepare accurate claim dossiers, including BH and customer-incurred costs.Negotiate claims with vendors in coordination with the sourcing team.Support transfer of key contractual provisions to vendors and partners.Contribute to quarterly contract management reviews focused on vendor recovery.Capture contractual lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Law (with technical background in Oil & Gas/Energy), or Economics.Strong analytical skills in contract clauses and basic contracting knowledge.Claim negotiation and early dispute resolution mindset.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; fluent English.Good organizational and project management skills in a global, matrix environment.Ability to work with remote teams.
