**Job Title: Emergency Service Restoration Technician**
**Job Description**
Join an industry-leading fire, water, and mold restoration company. We are looking for dedicated Restoration Technicians to perform restoration services on properties affected by water, fire, and mold. Your role will involve cleaning, demolition, and use of water damage monitoring equipment at job sites within the region.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform restoration services, including cleaning and demolition, on damaged properties.
+ Report to the local office and travel to job sites within the region.
+ Use water damage monitoring equipment and monitor restoration sites.
+ Complete necessary paperwork and enter basic job/project information into a computer system.
+ Interact professionally with end customers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Steady work history with experience in manual labor environments such as construction, warehouse, or landscaping.
+ Ability to work in an on-call/emergency response environment.
+ Excellent communication skills and a neat appearance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 1 year of experience in construction, landscaping, or labor.
+ Responsible, professional, and strong team player.
+ Good driving record.
+ Available for on-call projects.
+ Physical ability to be on feet all day, lift/carry up to 100lbs, and handle dehumidifiers regularly.
+ Capability to stoop, kneel, reach, climb, balance, and crawl frequently.
+ Repetitive use of hands and feet.

**Work Environment**
You will work Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for weekend work and on-call shifts. Travel to various commercial project sites using company vehicles and work at the company facility to load/unload equipment. Enjoy a professional environment focusing on teamwork and excellent service delivery.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
