Role Overview
Develop and improve the Emergency Preparedness organization. Prepare and maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans. Conduct training and awareness programs for personnel involved in Emergency Response and Crisis Management. Ensure continuous availability of Emergency Response resources and readiness of Emergency Response Rooms. Participate in periodic Emergency Response Exercises at head offices and Affiliate levels. Maintain the On-Duty Officer process, including duty planning and induction. Support operational sites in developing and maintaining their Emergency Preparedness organization.Skills & Qualifications
Implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Strong organizational skills and methodology. Proactive initiative-taking. Knowledge of operational exposure and HSE standards applicable to operations. Proficient in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills.Education & Experience
University degree in Science or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Construction domains.Pay & Benefits
