Emergency Medicine Physician

WellSpan's Emergency Medicine team is growing! We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Physician to join our Lebanon and Ephrata community as a float physician.

What you can expect at your practice:

Float between Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon and Ephrata Community Hospital in Ephrata Typical schedule in 2-week blocks; Rotate through all shifts Schedule coordinated between both departments Position fills coverage gaps; may include longer stints at one site if needed No back-to-back scheduling at different sites (e.g., one site today, another tomorrow) Intended 50/50 split between sitesSame EMR, processes, and transfer portal across all locations Includes financial stipend for float responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required orDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required orLicensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required andMust qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required andMust be credentialed for all core procedures. Upon Hire RequiredCertification as an Emergency Medical Commander. Upon Hire Preferred
