EMEA Supply Project Leader
We’re looking for a EMEA Supply Project Leader in Supply Chain to join our Crop Protection business. Be our voice in shaping the future of agriculture. You will be responsible for overseeing supply chain projects across the EMEA region. These projects will span a range of initiatives, including: + Development and implementation of new supply chains for innovative formulations + Supply Chain F&P Resiliency projects - F&P Tech Transfers + Regional rollout of new AI technologies or alternate coformulants You Will Be Part of a Growing Team Your Challenge + Represent Supply on the Innovation Management Network Team as needed, either as Extension & Improve Supply Program Leader (eSPL) or as Regional Product Launch Leader (RPLL); represent the region on Pipeline Program teams + Identify savings in existing supply chains through optimization or waste reduction using professional project management techniques + Deliver supply chain strategies and changes to stakeholders + Provide leadership in supply chain expertise to multinational cross-functional teams + Lead cross-functional and cross-regional project teams to create and implement integrated work plans, focusing on medium to high complexity projects + Validate formulation & packaging strategy and overall supply chain network design for Product Line Extensions and Purchase for Resale launches, aligning them with regional supply chain implementation + Ensure work processes and project management best practices are leveraged throughout the project; consult with the Regional Supply Project Lead/Manager for guidance and coaching + Identify and implement the most effective supply chain technologies (MET) and best practices during business projects Additional Responsibilities + Drive change management initiatives and promote adoption of new technologies and processes + Establish and manage expectations with key stakeholders regarding timelines, costs, and project status + Collaborate closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, and potentially other departments to ensure alignment with business requirements + Ensure product launches and supply chain changes align with regional business and portfolio strategies + Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure successful and compliant product launches + Apply methodologies like Execute to Win (E2W) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support continuous improvement + Support people development initiatives and mentorship programs within the supply chain organization Location + Drusenheim, France or + Cernay, France To Grow What Matters, You Will Need + A university degree, Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline preferred + Experience in supply chain projects or operations, or APICS + CPIM certification is a plus + Full professional proficiency in English required; fluency in French is highly desirable Key Skills for Success + Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects using structured methodologies + Strategic Thinking: Ability to align supply chain initiatives with long-term business goals + Leadership & Influence: Leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability + Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders across regions + Change Management: Navigating and leading through organizational and process changes + Technical Acumen: Understanding of supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and automation tools + Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks in supply chain operations + Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with compliance requirements across regions + Data-Driven Decision Making: Using analytics and KPIs to guide project execution + Adaptability: Responding to changing priorities and emerging customer needs with agility To know more about Corteva please watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWdf\_kvmdSI Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
