We focus on improving end-to-end procurement processes by understanding and anticipating stakeholder needs. **Team Scope:** **Process Efficiency** + Optimizing procurement processes and supporting teams for enhanced effectiveness. + Supporting global and local projects, acquisitions, divestitures, business structural changes, and other initiatives from an end-to-end procurement perspective. **Knowledge & Communication** + Providing training and support for end-users through the Procurement Learning Center, developing relevant materials and delivery of end user communications **Business Engagement & AskGS Helpdesk** + Engaging with Senior Leadership, local P2P Hubs, suppliers, and global teams to resolve complex issues, analyze KPIs, and drive improvement initiatives. + Ensuring positive experience with AskGS Helpdesk with the aim to meet set Net Promoter Score KPI **Key Role Responsibilities:** + Deliver independently and with high quality the implementation of smaller end-to-end projects aimed at process improvement to achieve successful outcomes within the planned timeline. + Support acquisition, divestiture, business structural changes and other projects from E2E procurement perspective (covering cutover activities related to purchase orders, vendor accounts reconciliation etc.) + Demonstrate ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders in mid-level leadership positions, business leaders and teams, and additional functional colleagues + Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance decision-making when applicable. **Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:** + Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, merger and business structural changes + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in project management within procurement or a related field or proven experience leading smaller projects and initiatives + Lean Six Sigma or any other project management certification + Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines. + Familiarity with automation tools such as Power BI and knowledge of Analytics Automation Platform such as Alteryx is a plus + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Willingness to travel as needed.
