Digital Workplace Solutions are part of Lenovo’s Professional and Managed Services strategy and is focused on delivering world-class services to support our customers business strategy and outcomes.
Our service Portfolio consists of everything from Digital workplace solutions, like Service desk, Unified Endpoint Management and Endpoint Security offerings, to configuration, integration, support services, project management & deployment, installation & implementation, data migration and device retirement services across end user devices, on premise and cloud infrastructure and mobile devices. We are looking for an experienced end user Solution & Services Advisory Solution Architect that can translate business and technical requirements into business outcome focused IT solutions, that add real value. This role leads, owns and supports the pre-sales and delivery activities of digital, technology transformation solutions and services, including responses to large scale, complex customer opportunities, such as RFI and RFPs.

Scopes customer and solution requirements using consultative workshops, analytical techniques, customer visits, Use cases and scenariosTranslates the requirements into architectures & solutions delivered by LenovoCreates business case collateral and can create and cost solutions across the full end user spectrumDrives the technical certification and validation for all opportunities across customers solutions and architectureThinks and acts strategically, anticipates future trends and develops solution visionsChallenges existing processes to ensure the best value solution is providedUnderstands financial modelling and leasing conceptsMaintains current knowledge and understanding of technology, processes, tools and tool-sets across the industry and industry verticalsAutonomously able to work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervisionDevelops, maintains and cultivates strong trusted and meaningful customer relationships at all levels, through a deep understanding of their business and business needsCandidate Requirements:
Must Have: Ability to interpret customers business and technical requirements and translate them into IT services and solution which add real business valueMust Have: A deep understanding of digital workplace architectures, in support of complex customer engagements, and transformation programsMust Have: End User workplace environment high level technical knowledge, including business value, use cases and transition and transformation expertiseMust Have: Experience in creating and presenting business cases which outline business benefits and show value-add and cost savingsMust Have: Experience solutioning large, complex deals including experience in creating and utilising IT services’ cost/finance models and commercial documents, and can articulate, and present these to key business stakeholdersMust have 5+ years’ experience in requirements definition, and be experienced in project management, change management and problem solving in a service business environment. Industry recognised accreditations in Technology, Solution Architecture, Consulting and Project Management frameworks approaches and methodologies are a significant advantageMust be Multilingual (English, Local Language etc)Understands and adheres to corporate governance policies and processesHighly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result needed to all levels of audience up to and including CXOExperience with process improvements across regions within an organization required.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, customers and other employeesInfrastructure, Datacentre and Network Presales skills are beneficialAbility to coach, educate and mentor othersThe role reports into the EMEA Solution & Services Architecture Leader for Lenovo Solutions & Services Group.
