**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced **EMEA Real Estate Procurement Professional** to join our Procurement team in the UK or Netherlands (remote).
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for Global real estate Procurement, setting short and long-term plans to source and manage our Facilities, Data Center space, and global real estate footprint.
You will be deeply involved in strategic planning, market analysis, RFP/X processes, benchmarking, and risk management.
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ **Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership** – Assist the RE/FM Category Head in transforming IRM’s sourcing approach by marrying pragmatic category strategies with business and operational goals.
+ **Facilities Management (FM) Governance** – Own the sourcing strategy and supplier governance for hard FM services (mechanical, electrical, life safety, etc.) and key soft services, driving a shift from reactive to planned maintenance.
+ **Sustainability & ESG Integration** – Embed energy and water efficiency requirements into supplier selection and contracting, ensuring partners are contractually accountable for emissions and waste metrics.
+ **Capital Projects & Construction Support** – Provide commercial support for design and construction work, including contractor benchmarking, competitive bidding, and establishing procurement guardrails to reduce cost leakage.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance** – Collaborate with site leads and ESG stakeholders to drive adoption of regional sourcing standards and create scalable playbooks for broader facilities needs.
**What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **Proven** experience in **Procurement** , specifically within **R** **eal Estate** and **facilities management** .
+ **Strong knowledge** of **managed service provider (MSP) models** and Fortune 500-level global execution.
+ **Proven ability** in **executive presence** , presenting complex strategies, and influencing total cost envelopes across a corporate real estate footprint.
+ **English language proficiency** is mandatory.
