Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the Fulfilment & Servicing Operations for EMEA Leasing business line. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan and lease documentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures to facilitate transaction closings with the client.
Job expectation include working on routine to complex documentation, booking transactions in bank’s system of records, performing in-life activities.
Responsibilities:
Perform end to end transaction management from initial drawdowns, system booking, in-life amendments to end of lease activities.Ensuring the transaction is correctly documented in line with business approvals.Agent Notice managementCommitment fee managementPerform Collateral processes including Companies House and HPI registration.Develop and maintain internal relationships with Business Partners including Leasing Sales, Finance and Credit. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of a product spectrum and portfolio at the client and industry level.What we are looking for:
Experienced asset finance/ leasing professional who understands various associated financial products.Team player & organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Previous working knowledge of the ALFA Lease Management SystemSkills that will help:
