We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What's in it for you:** The EMEA HR Excellence Partner is responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, and digital innovation across the region’s HR function. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring that HR processes, systems, and data capabilities enable an efficient, consistent and high-quality employee experience across EMEA. As a key integrator between the global HR technology organization and regional HR teams, the EMEA HR Excellence Partner will guide process improvements, lead regional Workday initiatives, support M&A integrations, and own the HR enhancement roadmap for the region. **Key Responsibilities** **1. HR Service Delivery and Process Excellence** + Serve as a change champion for HR transformation initiatives across EMEA. + Review and challenge existing HR processes to identify efficiencies, standardization opportunities, and ways to optimize how HR delivers services. + Conduct data-driven analysis to understand pain points, process gaps, and improvement areas; translate insights into actionable recommendations. + Design and deploy scalable, simplified, and compliant HR processes, and related documentation and operating procedures across EMEA. + Standardise and improve end to end employee lifecycle processes across EMEA with a focus on efficiency, automation and continuous improvement + Maintain a centralised record of HR services delivered by country and track adherence to standard work. Ensure key processes are documented to reduce operational and compliance risk + Equip HR teams with practical tools, resources, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and elevate the overall HR service delivery model. **2. HR Technology & Workday HCM Leadership** + Act as EMEA point of contact to HR Solutions, IT and global COEs; ensure regional priorities are embedded in global frameworks Translate global Workday direction, enhancements, and requirements into regional implications, communicating clearly and proactively. + Guide regional testing, training, change management, and communications for all Workday changes and releases. + Provide HR technology training, enablement, and guidance to HR teams to enhance HR digital capability in the region. **3. Transformation & Project Support** + Provide project management governance for regional and global HR initiatives. Ensure adoption of new processes and tools across EMEA. + Lead change management activities for large-scale transformation programs, including M&A initiatives. + Develop and support the implementation of post-acquisition process improvements, system adoption strategies, and transition plans to ensure a seamless integration experience **4. Data Governance & Analytics** + Own regional HR metrics and reporting and generate insights for decision making. + Monitor Workday data quality and lead regular data health checks and data remediation activities with HR teams. + Identify gaps in metrics or reporting and propose new dashboards or analytics to support better decision-making. + Partner with global reporting teams to ensure EMEA needs are represented and solutions are scalable. **What yo will bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. + Master's degree preferred. + 7+ years' experience in HR operations, HR process improvement and/or HR back office/shared service function. + Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS platform, including enhancements and roadmap planning. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. + Experience supporting HR aspects of M&A integrations is an advantage. + Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions. + Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. + Ability to navigate complexity, work independently, and drive results in a matrix organization. **Success Factors** + Passion for improving the employee and HR stakeholder experience. + Strong ability to simplify, standardize, and problem-solve complex processes. + Comfort working at both strategic and hands-on levels. + High level of collaboration across HR and cross-functional teams. + Ability to build trust and influence in a highly matrixed, multicultural environment.
