As a Business Manager in the Fund Accounting & Administration team, you play a pivotal role in supporting product management and driving business performance. You will partner with teams across Product Management, Sales, and Business Control to deliver insights and solutions that help us achieve our goals. Job responsibilities

Support business budget process in partnership with Product Control and Planning & AnalysisDevelop ad-hoc analytics to inform cost, risk, capital usage, pricing, and growth decisionsProvide timely and accurate variance analysis and risk assessments to budgetSupport in-depth product reviews and strategic deep-divesPrepare and deliver monthly business reviews and management reportsGenerate and track key performance indicators aligned with business prioritiesReport on headcount and analyze workforce trendsContribute to global and regional governance forums with regular updatesProvide financial data for regulatory requests and product meetings with regulatorsManage resiliency planning across multiple products and locationsCoordinate cross-line-of-business projects for EMEA regions
