Description and Requirements   Digital Workplace Solutions are a key part of Lenovo’s Professional and Managed Services strategy, focused on delivering high-value IT services that align with our customers' business goals. We support digital transformation through a full range of services, including Service Desk, Unified Endpoint Management, Endpoint Security, device deployment, support, data migration, and retirement, across end-user devices, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure. We’re looking for an experienced end user Solution & Services Advisory Architect to lead the pre-sales and delivery of our digital workplace offerings across EMEA. This role is central to translating complex customer needs into outcome-driven IT solutions and guiding them through large-scale transformation programs. As a key advisor, you will engage in consultative workshops, define use cases, and shape solution architectures tailored to customer environments. You’ll build detailed business cases, manage technical validations, respond to RFI/RFPs, and ensure our services deliver real business value. This role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to work independently across regions, and a deep understanding of digital workplace technologies and services.
