ESKO is seeking a reliable and communicative credit controller who will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible for the EMEA region. You will be responsible for credit collections for the region France, Germany and UK + Ireland. You are fluent in English, French and German (optional) and a strong independent talent to drive the collections for ESKO, but at the same time cooperative and working closely with sales and our customer.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of 3 credit controllers and reporting to the Credit Collection Lead, all located in Belgium (Headquarter located in Ghent). You will work on hybrid basis and be a part of the local Shared Service Finance team, consisting of approx. 20 ESKO colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting outstanding invoices for France, German speaking countries, and UK + IrelandRegistration and follow-up on technical, commercial & administrative disputesAllocation of incoming payments via bank statements (daily check)Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plansCreate trust relationship with customers and the internal sales team

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent work experience as credit controllerFluent knowledge of English and French, German language is a plusWorking in AX Dynamics and Onguard (=Collection tool) is a plus
