At this role you will report to Early Career Program Manager, EMEA, and we will base you in Poland.
You will:
Shape and manage competency programs that engage, empower, and develop talent across technical and business domains.Strengthen and diversify our talent pipeline by promoting growth opportunities for future leaders.Align programs with strategic priorities, ensuring they support organizational goals.Lead innovation and continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas to enhance program effectiveness.Ensure operational excellence, overseeing day-to-day program execution and maintaining excellentlearning environment.Your responsibilities - what you will do:
Manage the EIT associatesSupport the management and development of competency program participants across EMEA.Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor progress and growth.Provide on-the-spot feedback and guidance to participants to foster continuous improvement.Helping associates build technical, and cultural competencies by mentoring and/or coachingPromote a culture of learning, inclusion, and safety within the competency program.Daily operation of the EIT programSupport daily program operations, including coordination of learning sessions, labs, and projects.Led the recruitment and onboarding activities for program participants.Lead/contribute to professional skills development sessions and orientation activities.Project management and execution of main RAU projectsLead and be accountable for project management and execution of program-related programs.Gather and share feedback from partners to identify opportunities for improvement.Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance program effectiveness.Skills You Have
