This role focuses on enabling long-tail cloud partner success through strategic programs and structured frameworks.

Role Overview

As EMEA Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will manage and grow long-tail cloud partners across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Cloud Program Manager and local cloud teams. You will ensure partner engagement, program alignment, and data-driven performance tracking, with a strong focus on Cloud and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive partner success using structured frameworks and strategic programsAlign Cloud and AI initiatives with company priorities across EMEACollect and analyze partner data to support decision-makingEngage internal stakeholders for continuous program improvement

Requirements

2+ years in a multinational tech/cloud companyExperience in customer success, partner management, or program coordinationFamiliarity with cloud technologies and partner ecosystems is a plusStrong communication skillsFlexibility to travel up to 25%, depending on business requirementsFluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus
