What will you do?
As a Embedded Technical Account Manager within Thales, you will:
Provide in-depth eSIM pre-sale support to the Sales, Customer/VLA Customer including analysis of client/global group eSIM requirements.Project management within BAP process with writing and implementing of the technical specifications using dedicated internal tools and processesProvide in-depth eSIM post-sale support to customer/VLA with in depth technical analysis and troubleshootingBe very technically oriented and pay extra attention and focus in technically detailed implementationsCommunicate clearly and Adapt quickly to any customer technical requirements and need, by providing adapted answers in order to create customer technical intimacyAnimate, Educate & Support the network of technical consultants acting on the local accounts of the VLA.Help the global & local sales force to understand what solution already exist in Thales DIS to improve efficiency in developments & create synergies between local accounts teams.Ensure feedback to the corporate product marketing, R&D & technical teams on technical features required by the customer/global customer, in full coordination with the Sales & marketing teams.Assist the Thales DIS sales & marketing forces defining and/or positioning existing or new eSIM products.Provide adhoc expert support and/or training to customer, VLA, local eTCs working on Global products.About You
To succeed in this job, you should have:
Technical skills:
Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or Telecom.An additional degree or affinity in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred.Prior SIM/eSIM Technical Consulting experience is required (10 years)10 years’ Experience in smart cards and in wireless devices is necessaryUnderstanding of telecom different access network environment (GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/5G) is neededUnderstanding of 3GPP, 3GPP2 and GSMA standards is requiredHave very good knowledge of the different RSP/eUICC Standards SGP.02 (M2M), SGP.22 (CE) and even the future SGP.32 (IoT). Shall be able to understand and explain in detail such standards to a customerThink out of the box in order to be able to serve new IoT eUICC players/customers asking for innovative solutions for eUICC: CE doing M2M, M2M doing CE and a mix of different other combinations.Having innovator mindset to accompany our customers in their new successful eUICC journeyHave optionally extra valuable experiences on other specialized related domains like HSMs, Software development, Block chain, ...Experience in business communications to clearly present technical featuresSoft skills:
