Embedded Software Test Lead (R1-R4)

Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Embedded Software Test Lead (R1-R4) to lead embedded systems testing efforts. Develop SiMD embedded firmware verification, validation, and risk management practices for connected devices and ensure that they are applied across all programs. Own the development of software test tools and frameworks used in the verification of SiMD embedded firmware, including verification and validation (V&V) of those tools and frameworks. Participate in the development and execution of V&V test protocols. Engage in developing applicable risk management deliverables, including RMPs, SRAs, FMEAs, and/or SACs. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or a related STEM field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software verification and validation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with ARM-based architectures and application development systems; 5 years of experience with design controls, device risk management, and quality system requirements; 5 years of experience performing requirements analysis and creating test artifacts for software applications; and 5 years of experience executing change control testing for software applications. Up to 10% domestic travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
