Summary: Seeking a Principal Embedded Software Engineer IV to lead embedded software development in real-time environments with expertise in Linux systems, FPGA interfacing, and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field. 8+ years of experience in software development. Current Secret DoD Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

Expert in C/C++ and Python for Linux operating systems. Experience with ARM-based development and FPGA interfacing. Familiarity with build tools like Docker and Linux VMs. Knowledge of embedded drivers (TCP/IP, UART, I2C, PCIe). Understanding of multi-threading/multi-processing.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, analyze, test, and debug software applications/systems in real-time embedded environments. Customize and configure the Linux operating system for target systems. Develop kernel space and user space applications for device interfaces. Document specifications including design documents and test plans. Lead technical activities ensuring timely completion within budget.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
