A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Adaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) Product Line within the Command, Control, Communications and Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) Business Area of BAE Systems Electronic Systems (ES) Sector as the AC&S Embedded Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead. The AC&S portfolio consists of programs located in Hudson, NH; Wayne, NJ; Ft. Wayne IN; and other locations. The Embedded FP&A lead provides leadership, guidance and insight to AC&S Program Finance teams in support of the full portfolio of programs. This highly visible position reports to the AC&S Finance Director and provides support and input to Product Line and Business Area Leadership regarding all financial matters related to the business. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
