EMBEDDED ENGINEER

This position is located at customer’s side in Sunbury, UK.

What will you be doing at eInfochips? 

You will be responsible for design and development of real time embedded software and firmware, and PC/mobile based software applicationAnalyze domain specific technical or low level requirement and modification as per end customer or system requirement and participate in software designPerform software testing including unit, functional and system level requirement including manual and automatedDocument technical deliverable like software specifications, design document, code commenting, test cases and test reportDevelop software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new language required for specific projectDevelop new approaches to complex design problems

What are we looking for? 

You have 5+ years of experience with embedded systems (NXP iMX8 or similar platform)Strong knowledge of C++ programming languageYou have Bachelor’s degree in electronics or computer scienceExpertise in debugging, and communication protocols (HTTP, MqTT)Knowledge in JLink, JTag, ICE Debugger, Serial Port DebuggingWorking knowledge of LinuxGood to have experience with Yocto build system
