The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns using Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms to engage both our client base and prospect base for increased lead generation. This role requires an individual who can design and build HTML emails, implement best practices for email deliverability, and continuously optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation platforms. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable results for all email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Creation & Management
Create email marketing campaigns using marketing automation software (Eloqua) for both client and prospect baseDesign and build HTML emails including custom templates, general email, and responsive newsletter designsCreate and send emails in consultation with program managers according to marketing plansFollow 'best practice' in email design guidelines and documentationCoordinate email marketing program development and implementationManage email marketing campaigns, implementation of A/B tests and delivery optimizationConsult with project managers to assess requirementsEnsure email campaigns comply with best practices and adhere to CAN-SPAM and other data privacy lawsOptimize email program for deliverability, list hygiene, and other best practicesPerformance Optimization & Technical Support
Track & measure the success of content marketing efforts, including email marketingMonitor and understand subscriber behavior to influence business decisionsImplement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted campaignsMeasure & analyze communications' effectiveness through comprehensive reportingUnderstand campaign objectives, plans, and processes to provide suggestions for improving leadsCreate tailored solutions on the Eloqua platformProvide Eloqua system expertise & act as point person for internal email usersProvide training, create templates, and troubleshoot problems for email marketing usersManage campaign execution processes and quality controlWhat we are looking for
3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automationExperience with Eloqua and similar marketing automation platformsKnowledge of email design guidelines and subscriber behaviorExperience with segmentation and marketing program implementationUnderstanding of email marketing and campaign developmentExperience with B2B marketing and campaign managementProficiency in HTML for email development and template creationExperience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniquesUnderstanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirementsPreferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Eloqua or other marketing automation platformsExperience with lead scoring and nurturing workflowsExperience with data analysis and campaign optimizationKnowledge of integrated marketing approaches across channelsExperience with cross-channel marketing campaignsKnowledge of CSS and responsive email design techniquesExperience with content strategy and development for email marketingWhat’s In It for You
