Charles Schwab’s Central Marketing organization manages the Schwab brand, develops impactful advertising that promotes our products & services and builds the marketing touch points and communications that our clients interact with across a variety of channels.
Data Driven Communications within Central Marketing provides our marketing and business partners with support in their acquisition and client engagement strategies by identifying events, triggers, alerts and attributes that create opportunities for meaningful interactions. Our team utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver multi-touch, multi-channel, prospect and client communication journeys. To better serve our clients' needs and utilize our technology investments, we are seeking a Manager, Campaign Analyst.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience3+ years of AMPscript programming experience3+ years of HTML/CSS3+ years of current or prior Schwab or financial services experience (nice to have)Working knowledge of Workfront (nice to have)Current working experience with Schwab sysyems and processesInstinctive attention to detailStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem solver and out-of-the-box thinker who can effectively collaborate with both technology and business partnersAbility to remain poised and productive amidst unclear and shifting priorities and aggressive deadlinesDemonstrated success as a thought partner and as a champion/leader of new ideas Strong organization skills, including familiarity with workflow management tools & best practicesFamiliar with scalable solutions utilizing advanced functionality in SFMCUnderstand, advocate and augment the platform principles, guidelines and standardsStrong advocate for agile practices to increase delivery agilityAbility to apply multiple technical solutions to business problemsAbility to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologiesAbility to understand technology alternatives and when to apply themFamiliarity with difference check in Visual Studio CodeFamiliarity with the law/compliance requirements that govern email asset developmentLead technical and non-technical partners in delivering highly scalable and reliable comms that meet business personalization/budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology visionExperience developing landing pages in Salesforce marketing cloudExperience developing re-usable components in Salesforce marketing cloud, leveraged across email comms with an edit once > impact many philosophyExperience holding partners to a documentation standard to keep partner intention aligned throughout the production processFamiliar with managing and contributing to shared knowledge bases for both internal and external team consumption (OneDrive, Onenote, Confluence. Loop)
