Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ELV Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ELV Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of Extra Low Voltage systems in various projects throughout the region.

Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systemsVerify installations comply with local building codes, international standards, and project specificationsReview and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentationPerform tests on ELV systems to ensure proper functionality and performanceIdentify and report any deficiencies, non-conformities, or safety issuesCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issuesPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate recordsStay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in ELV systemsParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems inspection or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access controlProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematicsStrong understanding of relevant codes and standards, including local building codes in Saudi Arabia and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC)Relevant certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BICSI, CFPS) preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in using inspection and testing equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaArabic language skills preferred
