**Job Description**
+ Lead and manage the design, integration, and delivery of all ICT, ELV systems, etc. within the stadium project.
+ Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure compliance, constructability, and performance alignment across systems.
+ Oversee systems including but not limited to:
+ Structured cabling
+ Data/voice networks
+ Public address and voice alarm (PAVA)
+ CCTV and security systems
+ Access control
+ Building Management Systems (BMS)
+ Audio-Visual (AV) and broadcast systems
+ Wi-Fi and digital signage
+ Ensure all technology systems meet FIFA technical guidelines, client specifications, and international codes and standards.
+ Drive innovation in digital infrastructure, promoting resilience, redundancy, and fan-facing smart services.
+ Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for all ICT/ELV-related works.
+ Support procurement activities through technical evaluation of vendors, ensuring capability, compliance, and integration potential.
+ Participate in testing & commissioning, site inspections, and system handover procedures to ensure operational readiness.
+ Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party integrators to ensure alignment on design intent, timelines, and technical risks.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in ICT/ELV systems design and delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on major infrastructure or venue projects.
+ Previous experience on stadium or sports venue projects is highly preferred.
+ Proficiency in the design and implementation of low voltage and ICT infrastructure, including integration between subsystems (security, AV, BMS, etc.).
+ Sound knowledge of relevant standards and technologies, FIFA technical guidelines, and IP-based integrated platforms.
+ Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering (or related field).
+ Prior experience working in the Middle East, ideally in Saudi Arabia, is preferred.

+ This role is based in Riyadh and involves coordination with local authorities, international consultants, and stadium operators.
+ Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, drive outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment, and uphold the highest standards of technology integration in line with global stadium benchmarks.
