Description

We are currently seeking multiple Technical ELINT Analyst and ELINT Analysts to join our team. These individuals will support a Army customer in the DC or Charlottesville, VA. These individuals will execute interpretive pulse-level and P-Cubed analysis in support of NexGen weapons systems and cutting-edge modelling and simulation efforts.

•\tDevelop and direct solutions to complex intelligence analysis problems where little or no precedence exists, and substantial innovation is required.

•\tPerform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms associated with a wide range of radar systems

•\tProduce serialized ELINT reports documenting analysis findings

•\tWork directly with electronic warfare engineers to incorporate observed waveform behavior into next generation, simulatability EWIR models

•\tBrief the government customer on analysis findings and provided technically sound recommendations to optimize the fidelity and veracity of the EWIR models

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

•\tActive TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required

•\t6+ years of experience performing TechELINT analysis OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years TechELINT analysis experience

•\tProficiency in MARTES, ESP, Aspen, or Willow analysis software

•\tProficiency in GALE 5 or MIST

•\tVerifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting, to include ELT, GAR, SAR, CSIL, ITR, or IROD formats

•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills

•\tCompletion of NCS courses SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810, or the demonstration of equivalent experience

•\tWorking knowledge of VAQUERO, Event Warehouse, CED, and IM&S

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
