Job Description
The role involves managing grain receiving, grading, cleaning, and transfer. It also includes performing elevator maintenance duties and sanitation. You will stage grain for use in the mill, complete maintenance and sanitation between loads, and operate a computerized system to track bin fill levels. Additionally, scaling incoming trucks and completing appropriate documentation is required. The position also entails loading trucks with finished products to the correct weight and collaborating with the quality manager to check incoming loads before receiving.

Work Environment
The work environment is a grain elevator, which can be dirty, dusty, and subject to varying weather conditions. Receiving hours are generally from 8 AM to 4 PM, with employees arriving slightly before and staying after the last load is completed and cleaned up, typically between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. The dress code includes long pants and steel-toed boots, and you will generally work alongside 2-3 other colleagues at a time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
