Our client is a design and custom furniture firm serving commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. They combine interior design, project management, and bespoke furniture manufacturing to deliver concept-to-completion solutions. The team partners with international vendors and media outlets and needs reliable operational support to keep digital assets, marketing, and workflows up to date.\n
Why does this role exist?
The client needs a highly reliable Elementor Specialist to take full ownership of their product website, clear a backlog of content (images, tear sheets, product specs, and media features), and ensure new content is published consistently. They also require a detail-oriented operator to build and maintain monday.com automations that drive the leads → bids → projects → payments pipeline. This role exists to restore continuity, improve operational reliability, and free the principal from day-to-day website, CRM, and reporting tasks.
The Impact you’ll makeWebsite Management & Development\nUpload and organize images; create/attach tear sheets; add product descriptions, finishes, and dimensions\nPost press/magazine/media features and ensure consistent presentation and metadata\nMaintain site structure, taxonomy, tags, and internal links; perform basic QA for accuracy and brand consistency\nCRM & Workflow Management \nBuild and maintain automations; track leads → bids → projects → payments; keep statuses current\nImplement reminders and follow-ups for payments and pipeline handoffs\nDocument and refine workflows to increase visibility and reduce manual work\nReporting & Analytics\nMaintain and update spreadsheets with website, pipeline, and social analytics\nProduce weekly progress reports and insights; ensure data accuracy and timeliness\nShare recommendations based on trends and bottlenecks identified\nSocial Media Management\nCalendarize and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn (Facebook connected as needed)\nExecute basic strategy, engage with audience, and track performance metrics\nMaintain brand voice and visual consistency across posts\nCoordination & Communication\nCollaborate with the project manager, factories, and external marketing/PR partners\nProvide proactive, clear updates via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled video calls\nFlag risks early; propose solutions to keep initiatives on track\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nStrong Elementor experience managing end-to-end website content and structure\nProven monday.com administration skills, including building/maintaining automations\nProficiency in Excel for tracking, analytics, and reporting\nExcellent written and spoken English; proactive communication\nReliability and availability M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (40 hrs/week)\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n\nYour Superpowers:
