The Elementary Teacher’s Aide supports classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher in managing and facilitating a biblically integrated academic environment. This role involves helping with lesson preparation, student supervision, classroom management, and communication. The aide must demonstrate strong Christian values, maintain a personal devotional life, and reflect a Christ-like character in all interactions. Responsibilities also include ensuring student safety, assisting with extra-curricular activities, and contributing to the overall mission of partnering with parents to grow children in Christ. Minimum of 6 ECE units required or currently enrolled to meet that requirement.
