The Learning Center is looking for a qualified third grade teacher (multiple subjects) The Learning Center (TLC) is a TK-8 private, religious school in Corona, CA. At TLC, we prepare young people as confident and productive members of society, focused on academic excellence, a healthy mindset, and strength of faith. TLC is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating lesson plans, instructing students in core curriculum, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that aligns with Islamic values. Two to three years of previous teaching experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of child development and learning strategies, excellent communication and organization skills, and knowledge of Islamic teachings and values. Responsibilities include: 1. Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the academic needs of students and align with state and school curriculum standards. 2. Instruction: Teach students in various subjects, such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts. Use diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. 3. Assessment: Regularly evaluate student performance through quizzes, tests, and homework assignments. Provide feedback to students and parents on student progress. 4. Classroom Management: Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, participation, and good behavior. 5. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development programs and staff meetings. 6. Technology: Teachers should be skilled in using student information systems like Gradelink or Sycamore, and have working knowledge of Google Classroom and Google Suites. 7. Islamic Values: Incorporate Islamic values and teachings into lessons and classroom activities. Lead by example in adhering to Islamic principles.

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. 2. Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or working towards one.
