Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Elementary English Language Arts Teacher to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment in Bridgeport, CT. Join our team of Elementary English Language Arts Teachers for the '25-'26 school year and help students with diverse learning needs.
 
Position Overview:

The English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher delivers engaging lessons to elementary students, while maintaining a structured and productive classroom environment. Plan, prepare, and implement daily lesson plans, activities, and assignments, as well as create and grade assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Connecticut Teaching Certification (Preferred) Alternatively: Candidates without a certification must have 12+ credits in subject area and teaching experience 1-2 years experience teaching English Language Arts (ELA)
