**Electronics & Wire Harness Assembler**
📍 **Location:** Loveland, CO
💵 **Pay Range:** $21.00 – $25.15/hour (DOE)
**Position Overview**
Join our custom cable team as an **Electronics & Wire Harness Assembler** , where you'll build high-quality semi-rigid cables and wire harnesses used in electromechanical assemblies. These components support critical industries including **medical, renewable energy, aerospace, and robotics** , ensuring safe and efficient data transmission to machine parts.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, test, and troubleshoot cables—including phase matching—per customer specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and schematics.
+ Measure, bend, and cut cables to precise lengths; assemble fittings and solder cable ends.
+ Perform quality assurance checks, apply labels and identification, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Accurately document processes, including Work Instructions (WI), Certificates of Compliance (COC), and related records.
+ Learn and apply industry standards such as IPC 620, ISO 9001, and RoHS.
+ Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.
**Qualifications**
+ Proficient with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, calculators).
+ Skilled in using hand tools and small assembly tools.
+ Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
+ Competent in basic math, including metric and standard measurements.
**Education & Experience**
+ Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology preferred; equivalent experience considered.
+ Solid understanding of general and technical aspects of electronics assembly.
**Additional Requirements**
+ Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
+ Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must qualify as a “U.S. person” (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized under 22 CFR 120.15).
