Administration of Electronic Security Systems Contracts, along with the duties and responsibilities of the emergency repair and response program. Responsible for delivery of service to ensure contract compliance and program execution.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
Respond to and repair security systems corrective maintenance issuesPerform preventive maintenanceDocument all preventive/corrective maintenance actions in company CRMComplete security system equipment matrix for all protected facilitiesPerform system updates as requiredPerform end user operator training on security system equipmentPerform operation testing of security systems as required to support Govt requirementsMaintain all company provided equipment and vehiclesPerform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education / Certifications:
An associate’s degree, apprenticeship or electronic technician technical school preferredAn Active Top Secret Clearance is required
Experience / Skills:
Must have 3-5 years as previous experience as electronic technician supervisor or similar roleKnowledge and hands on experience with electronic alarm systems including CCTV/ACS equipment and associated hardware.Experience involving programming software associated with electronic alarm and access control systems.Excellent communications and customer service skillsExperience working with various tools and equipment maintaining security systemsMS Office and diagnostic software (e.g. PC-based)
Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities:
Company focal point to Govt representativesManage day-to- day work activities of techniciansAssign technicians to works tickets to meet PWS response requirementsSupport monthly Govt security inspectionsSupport quarterly alarm response drillsAssist with annual security assessments of installed IDSConduct limited site surveys Provide weekly service reports to Advantor PMProvide bi-weekly reports summarizing work performed during previous two weeks and planned activities for future 2 weeksProvide limited user operator trainingMaintain, document and recommend bench stock inventory
