Job Title: Electronics Technician I Location: Hackettstown, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7a-3:30p, M-F Requirements + Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred + Coursework in analog and digital circuits + Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams + Experience troubleshooting AC/DC systems + 1–2 years of related experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate + Ability to lift 40–50 lbs + Basic to intermediate computer skills + Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on ability + Knowledge of MS Office preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter Responsibilities + Assemble and align electro-optical systems + Produce sub-assemblies for integration into final products + Perform final testing and calibration of instruments + Troubleshoot circuit boards using oscilloscopes and VOM meters + Perform system interconnections from schematics or wiring diagrams + Read and interpret detailed technical drawings + Assist with in-house servicing of instruments + Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area + Perform additional duties as assigned System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
