Summary: Seeking an Electronics Technician to perform inspection, testing, and failure analysis of electronic assemblies using TAKAYA APT-1600FD software.
Requirements:
A.S. in Electronics or two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or equivalent experience Experience troubleshooting PCB subassembly failure modes Understanding of manufacturing processes and electronic components Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes) Ability to read engineering documents and comprehend datasheets Capability to assemble/disassemble products and maintain lab equipmentPreferred Skills:
3 years of troubleshooting PCB subassembly failure modes Hands-on soldering experience with fine-pitch surface mount components Experience with electronic test equipment and printed circuit board layout Experience running/maintaining 3D printers and machining various materialsResponsibilities:
Create programs for flying probe using TAKAYA APT-1600FD software Perform inspection, testing, and rework products per standards Conduct manual tests of circuits/PCBs as per engineering instructions Document work performed and assist in corrective actionsPay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
