Job Title: Electronics Technician

Job Description

The Electronics Technician will perform mechanical and electrical assembly with tight tolerances, including assembly of gas analyzers and supporting equipment. This role involves pulling parts specified by diagrams, entering data into the ERP system, and tracking time spent on each job in the ERP system.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components with precision.Pull parts according to specified diagrams and instructions.Enter data and track job time in the ERP system.Lift heavy items occasionally exceeding 50 pounds.Work on equipment at various levels, requiring stooping and bending.Use cranes, pallet jacks, hoists, and other devices.Connect and disconnect gas cylinders confidently.Familiarize with common gas connection terminology such as Swagelok, VCR, Compression, VALCO.Use basic hand tools, including power tools.Assist with crating and shipping of large analytical systems.Test assemblies and systems using tools like digital volt meters.Finalize gas analyzers and supporting equipment for shipment and verify requirements.Essential SkillsProficiency in electronics and wiring.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical assemblies.Experience with ERP systems for data entry and job tracking.Additional Skills & QualificationsA.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar field.Comfortable using cranes, pallet jacks, hoists, and similar devices.Familiarity with gas connection terminology.Work Environment

On-site 5 days/week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
