Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job Description

As an Electronics Technician, you will perform daily electronics assembly and test activities, including the mechanical placement of components, wire/cable assembly, and field site installation and test support. You will be required to read and interpret detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and procedures, while utilizing hand and soldering tools for assembly and troubleshooting of electronics assemblies.

ResponsibilitiesConduct electronics assembly and testing activities.Perform mechanical placement of components and wire/cable assembly.Provide field site installation and test support.Read and interpret detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and procedures.Utilize hand and soldering tools for assembly and troubleshooting of electronics assemblies.Essential SkillsExperience in electronics assembly and testing.Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.Competence in using basic electronic hand tools.Ability to effectively communicate and provide daily progress updates.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree preferred.Trade school coursework or military training in electronics is preferred.Work Environment

The role will be conducted in a lab setting, working on updated and innovative equipment for the military.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
