**Description**
The Repair Technician is responsible for assisting in the repair of electro-mechanical products. This role involves performing basic repairs independently and supporting engineering teams on more complex repairs. The technician will operate under limited supervision and is expected to be fully familiar with the job's general and detailed aspects.

- Set up, operate, and maintain workstations for testing, calibration, and repair of products.
- Perform soldering and rework on PCBs.
- Use microscopes to inspect parts and assemble
- Analyze blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic repairs and assist with complex repairs under engineering guidance.
-Collaborate with Engineering to support product design improvements from a test and repair perspective.
- Ensure timely delivery of repaired units while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ESD (Electro-static Discharge) controls.
- Complete repair documentation using Tempo Communications repair codes.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or team lead.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience performing rework on electronic products.
- PCB and components soldering
- Use of microscope to inspect and assemble.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
