**Job Description**
**Position Summary**
Responsible for carrying out the duties of the Electronics Lab, including test documentation and process improvement. The successful candidate collaborates with various teams on projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
+ Testing
+ Review test procedures and suggest changes based on lab knowledge
+ Follow best testing practices
+ Execute test procedures on electronics hardware and software
+ Document test results and distribute properly
+ Lab Maintenance
+ Ensure all lab equipment is calibrated on schedule
+ Keep lab equipment in good working order
+ Suggest and execute changes to improve testing speed and accuracy
+ Keep lab area clean
+ Maintain Lab inventory
+ Engineering Documentation
+ Handle ECNs for new part numbers
+ Create word document drawings
+ Submit new ECNs in Windchill
+ Execute engineering change requests with help of Team Lead
+ Format user manuals and technical references
+ RMAs
+ Provide timely support to warranty team
+ Provide testing and feedback on returned items
+ Perform other duties as assigned by manager
**Physical Requirements**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
+ Perform some repetitive motion activities
+ Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
+ Utilize hand and finger dexterity
+ Sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer

**Qualifications**
+ Associates or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or relevant experience in lieu thereof
+ 4+ years’ work experience if with Associates degree
+ 0-3 years of expereince if with bacheolars degree
+ Basic understanding of electronics principles and components
+ Basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office products
+ Able to perform high level analyses and project goals with no supervision
+ Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
+ Accurate and detail oriented, with the ability to follow through on tasks and objectives
+ Ability to function effectively as part of a team
+ Strong written and oral English communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to meet deadlines
+ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate with all levels throughout the organization
+ Strong organizational skills
**Additional Information**
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary range is $74- $80k. The range is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
