Electronics Engineer

Description

Responsible for leading and implementing product design initiatives from the Electrical/Electronic/Control System discipline in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.

Job Responsibilities

New Product Development Projects Capabilities Required

Perform Feasibility Analysis of NPD projects.

Perform System Design of New Products.

Assemble Multi-Disciplined Development Team.

Lead Assembled Project Development Team. Be Responsible for Entire Program, all Aspects.

Interface with internal Customers (Production, Quality, Procurement) to Drive Program Requirements.

Establish, Track, and Drive Program Schedule and Cost.

Report Program Status Clearly and Concisely to Customers and Sr. Management.

Be Able to Motivate Development Team i.e. Long Hours on Late Programs

Transition New Products to Production Efficiently.

Assist is Initial Product Builds.

Establish Personal Time Management System.

Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.

Mentor Engineers and Technicians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
