Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Job Description

This position involves operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. The role is crucial in supporting cleanroom fabrication operations by meeting daily production goals. Key focus areas include photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, and metrology.

Responsibilities

Operate manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals.Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment.Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.Utilize computer software to track operational performance and make minor corrections to improve productivity.Follow quality management procedures and identify quality issues.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Multitask to perform other required duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Essential Skills

Experience with microscopes and electronics assembly.Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to perform light lifting and carrying duties, and sit or stand for extended periods.Manual dexterity and willingness to learn complex machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High-school diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment preferred.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision.

Work Environment

Cleanroom environment requiring special garments such as bunny suits, hoods, shoe covers, and gloves.

SHIFTS (6am-6pm) or (6pm-6am) offering a shift differential of 5% for days and 15% for nights.

A Daylight Sun - Tues w/Alternating Wed

B Daylight Thurs-Sat w/ Alternating Wed

C Nightshift Sun-Tues w/ Alternating Sat

D Nightshift Wed-Fri w/ Alternating Sat

36 & 48 hour work weeks (Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime built into schedule ever other week). Employees also enjoy (3) 30-minute breaks with options for combining them for longer meals AND all breaks are paid.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
