Job Description

This project focuses on ensuring the reliability and robustness of electronic components and complete electronic products throughout the development process. It includes stress testing of individual electronic components (such as sensors and Electronic Control Units), as well as the verification of product lifetime and performance in their intended operational environments.
The role also involves detailed failure analysis, root cause identification, and technical documentation.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Reliability Engineers, Electronics Design Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in the creation, review, and improvement of reliability test procedures for electronic components and control units;

Take a hands-on and responsible role in test problem-solving activities and product failure analysis within the testing environment;

Execute reliability and validation tests for electronic control units and electronic devices;

Analyze test results, identify failure mechanisms, and support root cause analysis;

Clearly present and communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to development teams;

Contribute proactively to continuous improvement and cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.

QualificationsDegree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field;

Programming skills in C/C++ and Python;

Experience with testing of electronic control units and electronic devices;

Ability to document, report, and communicate results clearly to development teams;

Strong involvement in technical problem-solving activities;

Problem-solving mindset, results-oriented approach, and proactive attitude;

Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
