We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. + **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** : + Diagnoses and repairs all electronic equipment such as but not limited to communication systems, alarm systems, machine control systems, computer numerical controlled machines, direct numerical controlled and programmable controllers, including their associated pmts such as motors, relays and power distribution on numerically controlled machines. + Lays out, installs, diagnoses, repairs and maintains both computer and relay logic control systems, including their associated parts such as motors, relays and power distribution. + Maintains accuracy of test equipment. + Helps on safety equipment upkeep and installation, and completion of project work. + Checks material, supplies, equipment för shortages defects and non-standard conditions. Upon discovery notifies supervision of all shortages, defects, nonstandard conditions and malfunctioning machinery and equipment. + Maintains related records, cleans machinery, equipment and work area on a daily basis and performs preventative maintenance as assigned. Moves material as required using hand or power equipment. Performs all related miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervision. **EDUCATION:** Must read, write and speak English. High School, Trade School or the equivalent and be a graduate of an accredited Electronics School (2 years minimum.) Must read and interpret complex electronic schematics, diagrams, blueprints and instructions. Must have a working knowledge of equipment such as but not limited to oscilloscopes, multimeters etc **EXPERIENCE:** Three to five years as an electronic technician in a manufacturing environment. **WORKING CONDITIONS :** Work is performed in a typical manufacturing plant environment under the following conditions: exposure to hot temperature extremes, coolants, oil and water, noise, fumes, vibration, dust, mist, high voltage electrical current, chemicals and equipment with moving parts. Some duties will require working at heights in excess of six feet i.e. scissors and high lifts and scaffolding. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :** The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
