We are looking for you to join our team as an Electronic Technician 3 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.

The selected candidate will perform routine technical functions related to the support of designing, assembling, testing, and maintaining advanced electronic systems used in mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work hands-on with electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and test equipment to ensure systems meet performance and quality standards. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electronic systems, components, and equipment. Diagnose and repair circuit boards, wiring, and other electronic components. Performs routine operational tests and faulty isolation on systems and equipment.Ensure conformance with design specifications.Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to the component level. Conducts defined engineering. tests and collects data assigned.Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF Generators, and spectrum analyzers. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and security standards

Basic Qualifications for Electronic Technician 3:

High School Graduate and 4 years of related experience or: Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical schoolExperience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications for Electronic Technician 3:

Familiarity with RF systems, digital/analog circuits, or embedded electronics.Experience with Component-level troubleshooting Experience with VOM, DVM, and similar test apparatus.Experience with SAP/GOLD.

MANUMS

Primary Level Salary Range: $61,700.00 - $102,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
