Job Description Day to Day: • Starts out on job site (location varies pending project) • Will go through training program first 5-6 weeks to become a lead. • Once training is completed they are expected to:  ○ Lead a small team (2–4 technicians) on job sites  ○ Coordinate technician teams and mentor junior staff  ○ Ensure project milestones are met and maintain high standards of professionalism  ○ Serve as a bridge between field operations and project coordination • They will be responsible for installing:  ○ Access control systems (e.g., card readers, door strikes, biometric devices)  ○ Video surveillance platforms (e.g., CCTV cameras, Milestone VMS)  ○ Intrusion detection systems • Basic programming and troubleshooting of devices and systems We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
